(1) For purposes of this subchapter:(1) “Family” means a family as defined in the Medical Services Policy Manual of the Division of County Operations of the Department of Human Services; and(2) “Healthcare coverage” means healthcare insurance as defined by rules promulgated by the Department of Human Services for the ARKids First Program.
