Reimbursement for behavioral health services

Ark. Code Ann. § 20-77-144

(a) The Arkansas Medicaid Program shall reimburse for behavioral health services that are provided in a federally qualified health center by at a minimum:(1) A clinical psychologist;(2) A licensed certified social worker;(3) A licensed professional counselor;(4) A licensed mental health counselor; or(5) A licensed marriage and family therapist.

(b) The Department of Human Services shall apply for any federal waiver, Medicaid state plan amendments, or other authority necessary to implement this section.
