(1) A student shall be eligible for a cooperative education placement upon:(1) Certification to the State Personnel Administrator by the student's cooperative education program director or coordinator that the student:(A) Has completed twenty-four (24) or more college credit hours or their equivalent measure; and(B) Is presently enrolled as a full-time student or has completed or will complete the equivalent of twelve (12) college or graduate credit hours in the six-month period prior to taking employment under the cooperative education program; and(2) Completion of all other application procedures required by the Office of Personnel Management for the administration of the cooperative education program.
