State contribution for employee receiving workers' compensation

Ark. Code Ann. § 21-5-417

(1) Notwithstanding any other provisions of the law, a state agency shall remit the employer's contribution for a state employee participating in the State and Public School Life and Health Insurance Program to the Employee Benefits Division when the state employee is:(1) In a leave-without-pay status because of a work-related injury; and(2) Receiving benefits from workers' compensation.
