(1) Any sale, lease, grant, or other disposition authorized by § 22-4-501 shall be in the discretion of, and executed by:(1) The Governor, as to state property;(2) The county judge, as to county property;(3) The mayor and council, city commissioners, or other governing authority, as to property of a municipal corporation.
