(1) In addition to any provision of law expressly exempting the Office of the Arkansas Lottery, the following sections shall not apply to the office:(1) Section 19-1-301 et seq.;(2) Section 19-4-1802;(3) Section 19-5-206;(4) Section 22-9-103;(5) Section 22-9-104; and(6) Section 25-27-104.
