(1) As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) “Eligible retirement system” means the retirement system in which the employee is eligible for membership;(2) “Employer” means an employing state agency or an employing school district; and(3) “Retirement system of record” means the system that holds an erroneous membership.
