(a) Reports by state agencies that are required to be submitted to the General Assembly shall be submitted only to:(1) The Speaker of the House of Representatives;(2) The President Pro Tempore of the Senate;(3) The member of the General Assembly who was the lead sponsor of the legislation authorizing the preparation of the report; and(4) The Director of the Bureau of Legislative Research.

(b) A report required to be submitted to the General Assembly shall be filed in electronic form.
