State Services for the Blind Fund

Any sums provided by the General Assembly for the purposes of this subchapter shall be kept by the Treasurer of State in a fund to be designated as the “State Services for the Blind Fund” and shall be used to carry out the particular purposes assigned to it in this subchapter.
