Ark. Code Ann. § 27-14-1601

(1) As used in this subchapter:(1) “Manufactured home” means a factory-built structure:(A) Produced in accordance with the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.; and(B) Designed to be used as a dwelling unit; and(2) “Mobile home” means a structure:(A) Built in a factory before the enactment of the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.; and(B) Designed to be used as a dwelling unit.

(A) Produced in accordance with the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.; and

(B) Designed to be used as a dwelling unit; and

(2) “Mobile home” means a structure:(A) Built in a factory before the enactment of the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.; and(B) Designed to be used as a dwelling unit.

(B) Designed to be used as a dwelling unit.
