Admissibility of statements made during examination or treatment

Ark. Code Ann. § 5-2-307

(1) A statement made by a person during an examination or treatment is admissible as evidence only:(1) To the extent permitted by the Arkansas Rules of Evidence; and(2) If the statement is constitutionally admissible.
