(1) In a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction, a wireless service provider aggrieved by a violation of this subchapter may obtain appropriate relief, including:(1) Preliminary and other equitable or declaratory relief;(2) Compensatory and punitive damages;(3) Reasonable investigation expenses;(4) Costs of suit; and(5) Attorney's fees.
