Forfeiture of assets and disposition of proceeds

(a) In addition to any other civil or criminal penalties provided by law, real or personal property used in the commission of a violation of the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq., shall be forfeited as provided in this subchapter.

(b) Upon conviction for a violation of the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq., the following real or personal property is subject to forfeiture under this subchapter:(1) A conveyance, including an aircraft, a vehicle, or vessel;(2) A book, record, telecommunication equipment, or computer;(3) Money;(4) A negotiable instrument or security;(5) A weapon;(6) Anything of value furnished, or intended to be furnished, in exchange for a violation of the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq.;(7) Any real or personal property acquired or received in a violation of or as an inducement to violate the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq.;(8) Any real or personal property traceable to proceeds from a violation of the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq.; and(9) Any real property, including any right, title, and interest in the whole of or any part of any lot or tract of land used in furtherance of a violation of the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq.

(1) A conveyance, including an aircraft, a vehicle, or vessel;

(2) A book, record, telecommunication equipment, or computer;

(3) Money;

(4) A negotiable instrument or security;

(5) A weapon;

(6) Anything of value furnished, or intended to be furnished, in exchange for a violation of the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq.;

(7) Any real or personal property acquired or received in a violation of or as an inducement to violate the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq.;

(8) Any real or personal property traceable to proceeds from a violation of the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq.; and

(9) Any real property, including any right, title, and interest in the whole of or any part of any lot or tract of land used in furtherance of a violation of the Human Trafficking Act of 2013, § 5-18-101 et seq.
