(a) An instructor of an accelerated learning or concurrent credit course shall meet the requirements of the:(1) Institution of higher education that is offering the course; or(2) Accrediting organization authorized under § 6-16-1202.

(b) (1) An instructor's credentials shall be approved by the academic unit or chief academic officer of the institution of higher education offering the concurrent credit course.(2) The relevant credentials and experience necessary to teach from the syllabus approved by the institution of higher education granting the course credit.
