(a) A charter for a public charter school shall:(1) Be in the form of a written contract signed by the Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education and an authorized member of the charter school board;(2) Satisfy the requirements of this chapter; and(3) Ensure that the information required under § 6-23-404 is consistent with the information provided in the application and any modification that the authorizer may require.

(b) A revision or amendment of the charter for a public charter school may be made only with the approval of the authorizer.
(c) A public charter school shall post the most recent version of its charter on the website of the public charter school by August 1 each year.
