(a) If the authorizer disapproves an application for a conversion public charter school, the authorizer shall notify the applicant in writing of the reasons for the disapproval.
(b) The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education may provide technical assistance to the conversion public charter school applicants in the:(1) Creation of its application; and(2) Modification of its application as directed by the authorizer.
