(1) The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education shall:(1) Provide relevant resources for the orientation and training of public school district military family education coordinators and public school military family education facilitators under this chapter;(2) Administer the Purple Star School Program;(3) Provide administrative and logistical support to the Arkansas Council for Military Children to develop the program; and(4) Promulgate and incorporate program rules into the rules the division promulgates under this chapter.
