(1) As used in this subchapter:(1) “Compliance citation” means a citation issued by the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education that documents a school's failure to comply with state education laws; and(2) “Individualized education program” means the evaluation of the educational needs of a child with disabilities conducted pursuant to § 6-41-217.
