The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Deaf and Blind may dismiss a student for disciplinary violations upon recommendation by the Superintendent of the Arkansas School for the Deaf and Blind and in accordance with school policy and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., as it existed on January 1, 2025.
