Participation in accelerated learning

(a) An organization that receives grant funding to provide accelerated learning shall publish a list of program fees on or before June 1 each year.

(b) A public high school is eligible to participate in accelerated learning.

(c) A public high school's accelerated learning shall pay the required service fee determined by the organization.
