(a) The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board, in collaboration with all state-supported institutions of higher education, shall develop and approve a statewide common course numbering system.
(b) A state-supported institution of higher education that is not in full compliance with this subchapter shall not be eligible to accept state aid from the Higher Education Grants Fund Account on behalf of a student.
