(1) The Division of Higher Education shall report annually by May 30 to the House Committee on Education and the Senate Committee on Education the:(1) Budgeted allocation for each financial aid program that is funded through the Higher Education Grants Fund Account for the upcoming fiscal year; and(2) Projections for the following fiscal year for the budgeted allocation for each financial aid program that is funded through the Higher Education Grants Fund Account.
