(a) A state-supported institution of higher education shall accept the Classic Learning Test (CLT) examination to the same extent the state-supported institution of higher education accepts the ACT test and the SAT test.
(b) (1) Subsection (a) of this section shall apply to admissions criteria and eligibility criteria for state-funded financial assistance programs.(2) Subsection (a) of this section does not apply to institutional assistance programs.
