(1) A nursing student who is attending an accredited nursing institution to become one (1) of the following is eligible for the Nursing/Direct Care Education Stipend Program:(1) An advanced practice nurse;(2) A registered or licensed practical nurse;(3) A certified nursing assistant; or(4) A behavioral health aide.
