(a) A child shall not be entitled to receive benefits under this subchapter during any semester or quarter when the child has reached twenty-six (26) years of age on or before the first day of the semester or quarter.
(b) (1) A spouse shall not be eligible to receive benefits under this subchapter if he or she remarries.(2) The benefits under this subchapter shall cease at the end of the semester in which the spouse is currently enrolled at the time of the marriage.
