(a) Scholarship awards under this subchapter are contingent upon availability of funds.
(b) (1) Scholarship awards shall not exceed the institutional cost of attendance.(2) The maximum award amount per qualifying semester that a student may receive is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).(3) A scholarship award may be applied to tuition, mandatory fees, programmatic fees, room and board, supplies, and extended support services.
