(1) The Division of Higher Education shall provide the following data to the Bureau of Legislative Research through the Arkansas Higher Education Information System under § 6-60-901 et seq., for the purpose of assisting the General Assembly with evaluation and analysis under this subchapter:(1) Existing individual student data;(2) Institutional data;(3) Financial data;(4) Aggregate student scholarship and grant application and award data;(5) Remedial course data; and(6) Other data needed to track scholarship and grant students receiving state-supported student financial assistance from year to year.
