(1) The following persons shall be served with a copy of the petition and either a notice of hearing or an order to appear in the manner provided by the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure:(1) A juvenile defendant ten (10) years of age or older;(2) Any person having care and control of the juveniles listed in the case; and(3) All adult defendants.
