Compliance with federal acts

The Division of Youth Services shall have the responsibility for the collection, review, and reporting of statistical information on detained or incarcerated juveniles, for adult jails, adult lockups, and juvenile detention facilities to assure compliance with the provisions of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, Pub. L. No. 93-415, as it existed on January 1, 2025.
