Bonds — Liability

A member of an industrial development authority shall not be personally liable on the bonds issued under this chapter or for any damages sustained by anyone in connection with the contracts with the holders and registered owners of the bonds or the construction, reconstruction, extension, improvement, or equipping of buildings or facilities unless the member has acted with a corrupt intent.
