(a) The Arkansas Development Finance Authority is authorized a pool of twenty (20) positions to be used to establish additional positions with the proper title and pay grade if the Arkansas Development Finance Authority does not have sufficient positions available to address growth needs.
(b) The Arkansas Development Finance Authority is authorized to access the pool positions under subsection (a) of this section at any time when the President of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority determines that the need exists.
(c) The president shall provide an annual report justifying the need determination under subsection (b) of this section to the:(1) Board of Directors of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority;(2) Chief Fiscal Officer of the State; and(3) Secretary of the Department of Shared Administrative Services.
(1) Board of Directors of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority;
(2) Chief Fiscal Officer of the State; and
(3) Secretary of the Department of Shared Administrative Services.
