Legislative purpose and intent. [Effective for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2026, but before Januay 1, 2026.]

The purpose and intent of this subchapter is to increase capacity in the state for the use of mill residuals, including sawdust and wood chips, wood byproducts, including bark, and thinnings to maintain a healthy forest.
