Restriction on entity transaction involving protected series

Ark. Code Ann. § 4-37-603, under Uniform Protected Series Act.

Ark. Code Ann. § 4-37-603

(1) A series limited liability company may not be:(1) an acquiring, acquired, converting, converted, domesticating, or domesticated entity; or(2) except as otherwise provided in § 4-37-604, a party to or the surviving company of a merger.
