Section 7591.4

The chief shall gather evidence of violations of this chapter and of any rule or regulation established under this chapter by unlicensed persons who engage in a business for which a license is required under this chapter and shall furnish the same to prosecuting officers of any county or city or city and county for the purpose of prosecuting those violations.
