For service prior to January 1, 2027, such service having already been reported to the system, in computing the amount of service to be credited to a member of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Appeals Board or the Central Valley Flood Protection Board, who elected to become a member pursuant to Section 20320 before January 1, 2027, a year of service shall be credited for each year of tenure on the board. A person serving on the board shall be deemed to be serving on a full-time basis rather than a part-time basis for all purposes of this part.
