Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in this article govern the construction of this chapter. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)

“Milk products plant license” means a license which is issued by the director pursuant to Section 35015 for a milk products plant.

Every license which is issued pursuant to this chapter, while in force, shall be kept conspicuously displayed in the place of business of the party to whom it has been issued. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)

Each application shall be accompanied by a fee in an amount which is established for the particular license by Section 35221.
