“Occupancy” and “occupy” refer to the use of a recreational vehicle park lot by an occupant, tenant, or resident. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 310, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1993.)

“Occupant” means the owner or operator of a recreational vehicle who has occupied a lot in a park for 30 days or less. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 310, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1993.)

“Recreational vehicle” has the same meaning as defined in Section 18010 of the Health and Safety Code. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 310, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1993.)
