A person shall not sell any restricted drug in this state at retail unless he holds a license to do so issued pursuant to this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1224.)

Any person may file with the director an application for a license pursuant to this chapter. The application shall be on a form which is supplied by the director and shall contain such information as he may require. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)

The application shall be accompanied by an application fee of fifty dollars ($50). The fee is not refundable if the license is refused. (Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 622, Sec. 1. (AB 1132) Effective January 1, 2014.)
