Any commercial user who willfully and knowingly violates Section 24533 is guilty of an infraction and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000). (Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 6, Sec. 3. Effective March 28, 2000.)
