Territory within Marin County may be annexed to the district in the manner provided in this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 92.)

Whenever the board finds and determines that additional territory will be benefited by annexation to the district, it shall pass a resolution to that effect. (Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 92.)
