This part 10 shall be known and may be cited as the Voter Choice Act.

(1) Local government means a statutory city or town or a special district created pursuant to article 1 of title 32.

(3) State office means district attorney, state representative, state senator, regent of the university of Colorado, state treasurer, secretary of state, attorney general, or governor.
