ANNOTATION

Limited right-of-way established by this section does not establish a public highway. Because the right-of-way established by this section is limited to miners hauling quartz, it does not make a route open to public traffic by law by establishing a general right of the public to use it and therefore does not establish a public highway under § 43-1-202 or § 43-2-201 (1)(e).
