ANNOTATION
A plaintiff cannot merely rely on a per se violation of this section for causation; instead, he or she must show an actual injury. Section 6-1-113 states that a plaintiff must establish an "injur[y] as a result of [an alleged] deceptive practice". Friedman v. Dollar Thrifty Auto. Grp., Inc., 227 F. Supp. 3d 1192 (D. Colo. 2017).
