ANNOTATION
An order for the dissolution of a limited liability partnership ordering the liquidation of the partnership assets instead of partitioning the partnership's property was not in error because partition of the property would be contrary to the plain language of the partnership agreement, would be unreasonable, and would threaten further litigation.
