Sec. 10-76t. Definitions re primary mental health program. As used in sections 10-76u to 10-76x, inclusive, “department” means the Department of Education and “mental health professionals” include guidance counselors, school counselors, school social workers, school psychologists, school nurses and child mental health specialists in community mental health centers and child guidance clinics.
