Sec. 17a-453g. Case management and case coordination services for persons with mental illness. The Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services shall provide case management and case coordination services to not more than one hundred persons with mental illness who are involved in the Probate Court system and who, on June 30, 2013, are not receiving such services.
