Sec. 20-74tt. Implementation of licensure requirements by the Department of Public Health. The Department of Public Health shall only be required to implement the provisions of sections 20-74nn to 20-74ss, inclusive, and subsection (c) of section 19a-14 as relate to the licensure of radiologist assistants, if appropriations are available.
