Sec. 29-308a. State Fire Marshal to set priorities for state residential facility improvement projects. The State Fire Marshal shall set priorities for projects funded by the proceeds of the sale of bonds of the state authorized for the improvement or renovation of state residential facilities or institutions in compliance with the Fire Safety Code.
