Sec. 29-370. (Formerly Sec. 29-106t). Penalty. Any person who, by himself or his employee or agent, or as the employee or agent of another, violates or fails to comply with any regulation promulgated under section 29-367, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than one year or both.
