Sec. 34-279d. Nonexclusivity. (a) The fact that a transaction under sections 34-279 to 34-279q, inclusive, produces a certain result does not preclude the same result from being accomplished in any other manner permitted by law.

(b) Sections 34-279 to 34-279q, inclusive, do not preclude a limited liability company from being merged, converted or domesticated under law other than said sections.
